Bradley

Keyland obtained planning consent for the disused Bradley treatment works site, accessed off Station Road, Kirklees. The site will be redeveloped into a self-contained circa 35,000sq ft industrial park comprising of a range of industrial units from 1,250sq ft upwards. The site is within an existing industrial location, between new industrial developments to the South West and North East, with Bradley Junction Industrial Estate to the North which was sold in 2017 to facilitate their growth.
