Peter Garrett

Peter trained as a consultant surveyor in London and worked for a number of property and development companies in the Midlands and the North-East, before joining Keyland in 2007. He was appointed Managing Director in 2011 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Company and managing Keyland’s relationship with the operational Yorkshire Water business. Outside work, Peter enjoys trying to keep himself fit, although as the years go by…

Luke Axe
  • Strategic Land & Planning Manager
  • BA (Hons) MA MRTPI

Luke started his career as a Town Planner in London in 2007, gaining chartered MRTPI status in 2012.  He spent several years in local government before moving back to Yorkshire to take up a role in consultancy.  Luke joined Keyland in 2016 and is responsible for the business’ PPA initiative, all local plan representations, planning application submissions, and managing the range of expert consultants that make up our successful project teams.  Outside work, Luke enjoys playing golf, watching football (the mighty Owls) and spending time with his family.

Catherine Godfrey
  • Development Manager
  • BSc (Hons), MRICS

Catherine graduated with a degree in Estate Management from Northumbria University, gaining Chartered status in 2011. Previous employers include Evans Property Group, Savills and Yorkshire Water, prior to joining Keyland in 2018. She is responsible for the acquisition of new opportunities and the marketing and disposal of completed projects. Outside work, Catherine enjoys walking in the Yorkshire countryside and sampling the many food establishments Leeds has to offer.

Cameron Sanderson
  • Development Surveyor
  • BSc (Hons) MRICS

Cameron graduated from Northumbria in 2015 with a degree in Estate Management and joined Keyland in May 2016 after interim roles at JLL and Knight Frank. He is responsible for the management of Keyland’s portfolio, identifying intergroup transfer opportunities and assists with the disposal of consented schemes.
