Keyland has secured planning permission from Wakefield City Council for the City Fields Waterside Business Hub. The site incorporates up to 500,000sq ft of employment space on a 47 acre site forming part of Wakefield East, Wakefield Council’s major regeneration scheme. The business park has the capacity to create some 1000 new jobs and the 365-acre Wakefield East development is serviced off the new £33m Wakefield East Relief Road.
