New Planning Promotion Agreement

We’re pleased to announce the signing of our latest Planning Promotion Agreement in South Elmsall, Wakefield

The site is located off Minsthorpe Lane in South Elmsall and amounts to 256 acres.  Whilst the site is a strategic land opportunity and we look forward to promoting it for housing as part of a new urban extension in a future Wakefield Local Plan review. The site could accommodate between 1,500 to 2,000 units.
