New Planning Promotion Agreement: Thurcroft

In 2023, KeyLand oversaw the sale of its first site brought forward through its Planning Promotion Agreement (PPA) initiative. Now, early in 2024, we are delighted to have exchanged contracts on three further PPAs, to promote another 725 residential units. The first of these three sites will see us promote up to 225 units at Brampton Road, Thurcroft.

Matthew Turnbull oversaw the agreement and will continue to lead the team to bring the site forward.
