Private Landowners

Our Planning Promotion Agreements maximise returns from land with development potential at no financial risk to the landowner.

After two decades of developing a successful formula for maximising the value of Yorkshire Water’s surplus land, Keyland has extended this service to other landowners in England.

By working with third party landowners, through Planning Promotional Agreements, Keyland can bring about the revival of sites which have not yet realised their full potential.

The Land Solve 2.0 Framework has been developed to provide quick and easy access to a range of high quality Land Brokerage and Advisory services. Keyland is the only Land Broker on this OJEU compliant Framework.
