Keyland appoints Cushman and Wakefield to sell residential site in Pudsey.
Keyland have instructed marketing agent Cushman And Wakefield to market a residential development opportunity with outline planning consent for up to 77 dwellings at Owlcotes Road, Pudsey.
The site extending to 5.5 acres was promoted through the planning process by Keyland under the terms of a planning promotion agreement with the joint landowner.
