Pillswood BESS Project with Keyland, Harmony Energy and Tesla

Matthew Turnbull was delighted to be invited to attend the official opening of the Pillswood BESS project in Cottingham and to hear thoroughly insightful presentations from representatives of Harmony Energy Income Trust PLC and Tesla. The Pillswood BESS project, facilitated on land owned by Keyland Developments, is currently the largest in Europe (by MWh).  The project has the capacity to store up to 196 MWh of electricity in a single cycle which is enough electricity to power around 300,000 UK homes for two hours.
