Shortlisted for the Insider Property Industry Awards 2022

August 2022 -The Keyland Team is thrilled to announce we have been shortlisted for an Insider Yorkshire Property Industry Awards 2022!! We are up for the ‘Property Deal of The Year’ Award for the sale of the first phase of 1800 homes at land at Skelton Gate Leeds, to Avant Homes and Evans Homes.

This project is important because it will enable the provision of much needed new homes and assist Leeds City Council in meeting its housing targets. The development will be the first phase of the creation of a new vibrant sustainable community on the edge of Leeds, one of the most significant regeneration schemes to be seen in the Leeds City Region.

Keyland alongside Evans Property Group forms part of the Templegate Developments Limited Joint Venture, , were successful in achieving  the first Greenbelt release in Leeds since the Unitary Development Plan was adopted more than 15 years ago.
