Keyland’s development at Esholt will provide 150 new homes and approx. 1.08 million sq. ft of work space on the site.
The site is part of a Yorkshire Water treatment works, however, as a result of advances in water technology, the operational footprint of the site has reduced significantly over recent years, leaving large areas of formerly operational land redundant and unused. We are looking to deliver a development that is truly exceptional and nationally recognised, repurposing the largely brownfield site whilst leading the way with water consumption levels in new homes – with the lowest water use in the country.
Esholt will create an exemplar residential development, with an innovative blend of materials, technologies, landscape features and building forms resulting in one of the most sustainable residential developments in the UK.
