This 5.5acre site is located next to Owlcotes Reservoir and comprises of former Yorkshire Water land owned by Keyland, and land in the ownership of a private individual under a Planning Promotion Agreement (PPA).

The site is allocated for housing in Leeds City Council’s Site Allocations Plan and Keyland have successfully secured outline planning permission for the site for up to 77 units. Following a successful marketing campaign, the site is sold subject to contract.
