Keyland obtained outline planning consent to facilitate the delivery of some 90,000sq ft of B1c, B2 and B8 industrial uses. The sale and resulting development of the Kirk Sandall site will have a positive impact on the local area through creating up to 230 jobs at what will become a thriving site for local SME’s.

The site was sold to Oyster capital in 2020.
