We undertake a site specific feasibility study, including constraints analysis, value appraisals, local plan investigations and initial strategy/design development. We will also identify and develop a strategy for resolving title, land ownership and other legal issues.
All done without obligation and at no cost to the landowner to assist in determining whether you wish to procure our services.
We will work with the landowners to develop Project Objectives and KPIs to ensure that expectations are fully understood.
A Programme of Work (including milestones, timescales, reporting requirements and expected outcomes) will then be developed and signed off to give the landowner clear sight on what to expect as the project develops.
Keyland will incur ALL development costs. We will only receive a modest return on successful sale of the land.
No payment to Keyland if project is unsuccessful protecting the landowner from any financial risk.
In collaboration with the landowner, Keyland will assemble a highly skilled and trusted team of experts, fully trained in our six capitals approach to master planning and development, including (but not limited to):
We work collaboratively with the Council, community and other key stakeholders to develop a six capitals led masterplan that demonstrably responds to local drivers.
We work to secure the very best planning permission, ensuring that that the scheme developed is attractive to the market and stands up to scrutiny (public, political, technical, financial etc)
We will report at regular intervals throughout the process. The landowner is able to play as little or full a part in the design process as it sees fit.
The Landowner is given a dedicated Keyland point of contact who will manage the process in its entirety, from start
