Keyland launches Pickering development consultation

Keyland Developments has launched a community consultation for a proposed residential scheme at Whitby Road, Pickering, with a proposal to deliver up to 150 new homes, including public open space, a community green, as well as links to the country park Pickering town centre.

The site’s indicative masterplan has been thoughtfully designed with Keyland’s Six Capitals approach to sustainable development in mind. The local community and stakeholders are encouraged to get involved and have their say on the proposals, with a public exhibition taking place on Thursday 13th February 2025.
