Keyland are delighted to have entered into a Planning Promotion Agreement to promote land at Astley Lane, Swillington, Leeds. Work has already begun to promote the site through the upcoming Leeds Local Plan Update 2 consultation and a detailed Call for Sites submission will be made shortly

The site amounts to just over 14 acres and we are looking to promote it for employment development.  The proposed scheme will provide significant job opportunities within Leeds.
