Mill Lane, Bridlington

Keyland are seeking planning permission for just over 120 units on the site.  The scheme would provide a level of affordable housing above the 20 per cent policy requirement for Bridlington.  The plans also include new vehicular access from Scarborough Road and an area of public open space.

It has been estimated that the construction of the development could support about 211 jobs, generating gross value added (GVA) if more than £10m.
