Oct 2022 – The Keyland team is pleased to announce the signing of our most recent Planning Promotion Agreement to the north east of Hull off Ganstead Lane.
The site amounts to just over 80 acres and is a strategic land opportunity. We look forward to promoting it for housing in a future East Riding Local Plan Review, and engaging with key stakeholders through the process.
The proposed scheme has the potential to provide new homes within the Bilton Parish on the edge of a sustainable residential area within the Hull Boundary. An integral part of the scheme will be the ability to deliver choice in housing; providing quality housing to help to meet the housing needs of East Riding.
