Keyland exchange contracts on Bridlington site

Keyland Developments Ltd, the property trading arm of Kelda Group and sister company to Yorkshire Water, have exchanged contracts with Keepmoat Homes to bring forward 96 new affordable homes at Scarborough Road, Bridlington.
