Keyland launches Colburn development consultation

Keyland Developments has launched a community consultation for a proposed residential scheme at Colburn Grange, with a proposal to deliver up to 420 new homes.

The site’s indicative masterplan has been designed in line with Keyland’s Six Capitals approach to sustainable development. A public exhibition was held at Colburn Village Hall on Thursday 20th November 2025 and the local community and stakeholders are encouraged to get involved and have their say on the proposals.

The delivery of new homes at Colburn Grange will support the regeneration of the Colburn Town neighbourhood, reducing the disparity between this and the rest of Catterick Garrison.
